We have considered all the games released in 2022. There are so many games we play but we have chosen some of them considering them our favorite games creating a top 5. Let’s see what they are.

FIFA 23

FIFA 23 is a football video game developed by EA sports available for Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox one, Xbox Series X and Series S, Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch and Google Stadia. The thirtieth and last chapter of the FIFA series, was presented during the end of July 2022 directly on the Youtube channel of EA sports then put on the market on September 27th 2022. In this edition, as in the last two, there is the French footballer from Paris Saint-Germain Kylian Mbappè on the cover of the standard edition; while as regards the Ultimate edition, in addition to the latter, there will also be the Australian soccer player from Chelsea, Samantha Kerr, testimonial of the new game mode with the women’s section.

GTA V

Grand Theft Auto V (abbreviated as GTA 5 or GTA V) is a video game belonging to the genre of dynamic adventures, developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games in 2013 for Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Microsoft Windows and , starting from March 2022, for the Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X and Series S. This is the fifth main chapter of the Grand Theft Auto video game saga, the twelfth including the spin-offs. It was released on September 17, 2013 for PS3 and Xbox 360. On June 10, 2014, during the Sony conference at E3 in Los Angeles, versions for Microsoft Windows, PS4 and Xbox One were announced, which went on the market on 18 November 2014 (PlayStation 4 and Xbox One) and April 14, 2015 (Microsoft Windows). While in 2020 the version for Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X and Series S was presented with improved graphics for gamers, making it one of the few games to have been distributed across three different generations of consoles. Originally scheduled for November 11, 2021, it was pushed back to March 15, 2022.

ELDEN RING

Elden Ring  is an action RPG video game developed by the Japanese software house FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The video game, directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki, was created in collaboration with George R. R. Martin, American fantasy author known above all for the A Song of Ice and Fire novels cycle, who contributed to the creation of the background story and myth of the game. Elden Ring is available for Microsoft Windows, PS4, PS5 Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S from February 25th 2022.

MINECRAFT

Minecraft is a sandbox adventure video game developed by the Swedish Markus Persson, alias Notch, then by the company Mojang Studios. The game world is a procedurally generated voxel universe, which incorporates a creation system based on the extraction and transformation of natural resources, such as minerals or fossils, as well as animals and plants. Originally, Minecraft was developed as a browser game to then be distributed on Windows, Mac and Linux . There is also a port for mobile devices, called Minecraft Bedrock Édition, released for Android, iOS, Windows Phone and for Windows 10.  The version for Xbox 360, developed by 4J Studios, was released on May 9, 2012, while the one for PlayStation 3, developed by Mojang was made available on December 18, 2013. The PS4 version was released on September 4, 2014 on the Playstation Store, and the Xbox one version was released the following day; from December 17, 2015, the version for Wii U was distributed digitally on the Nintendo eShop, then also published in physical form on June 30, 2016. The Nintendo Switch version was released on May 12, 2017, while the one for New Nintendo 3DS was released on the following September 14.

F1 2022

F1 22 (or also Formula 1 2022) is a driving video game, developed by Codemasters which was released on July 1, 2022. It is the second installment of the series distributed by EA sports, after acquiring Codemasters in mid-February 2021. It is based on the championship 2022 Formula 1 World Championship and the 2022 and 2021 Formula 2 Championships. Due to the new technical rules for the 2022 Formula 1 World Championship, F1 22 features new car models with updated physics. The game also includes a list of revisited tracks, including updated layouts of the Catalunya circuit, home of the Spanish Grand Prix, the Yas Marina circuit, home of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, and the Albert Park circuit, home of the Grand Prix of Australia, as well as the addition of the Miami International Autodrome, site of the new Miami Grand Prix.
